Caveman bully

Just got back from another training session with Mike "the caveman bully" O'Neill. Mike is looking great and is in fantastic shape, i know he'll do us proud on Jan 7th.

For those that have not got their caveman shirts, Mike still has plenty left. Help support Mike on his way.
