World championship

Last week

Just a reminder that this coming Sat is the last class for sambo for the summer. I hope that you can make it out.
I will be starting the Kali/kuntaw group maybe as early as next week for those that are interested. You will need a training knive and two kali sticks, we will be doing empty hand as well so focus mitts wouldn't be a bad idea.

We're not moving

hey guys just talked to Mitz yesterday and found out he hammered out a deal with the school. So, we're staying put. There will be some changes, the're moving the weight room and the bags will have to be changed. With the added space that means we can have more than one class going at a time. Class times will change this fall(not sure yet)and we can only be in the gym till noon on Sat. Any how i'm glad we're not moving and still have access to the mats.
Dont forget there's only a few more sambo classes to go before the summer break so i hope to see some of you come out.
