I'm back

Hey Guys, just got back in town last night. The trip went well Bosnia is a very beautifull country, very tired but good.
I didn't get to train with Dragan Pesic, he got called back to the army while i was travelling to his city. Oh well, there's always next time.
The city that my wife is from is very mountainous and i probably walked up the equivelent of about 500 flights of stairs while i was there. Having said that i also tried to workout while i was there, since there is no gym i did bodyweight routines.

Here is one of my last workouts while there give it a try and let me know what you think.
8 sets no rest of 10x pushup, 10x squat and 10x cruches
1min rest
20x jump squats
20x burpees
2x20 tricep bench dips (on chairs, feet elevated)
20x pushups on chairs feet elevated

superset the following no rest
100x jab cross as fast as possible
10x knees each side
100x jab cross
10x jab, cross, front kick each side

Next month i will post another conditioning routine hopefully with a video as well.
